l'Étang de La Bonde
Entre Cabrières-d'Aigues et la Motte-d'Aigues, l'Étang de La Bonde est le plus grand plan d'eau du Luberon.
Très prisé en période estivale pour se rafraîchir, il fut construit au XIXème siècle, pour être le point d'alimentation du réseau d'irrigation qui alimentait toute la vallée d'Aigues contribuant ainsi à l'expansion de l'agriculture.
Between Cabrières-d'Aigues and la Motte-d'Aigues, The Étang de la Bonde is the largest strech of water in the Luberon.
Very much valued during the summer period for the refreshment in the XIXth century to be the supply point of the irrigation network which feeds all of the Aigues Valley, contributing thus, to the expansion of the agriculture.
